Waivers

For insurance purposes, all those participating in equine activities at Katy's Corral must have a signed waiver. This includes not only those coming to the barn for lessons but also anyone test riding a horse or pony. To save time, please consider signing the form electronically as its fast and easy! Completing this task will save time at your lesson or appointment.

Please fill out one of these forms for each minor child whom you intend to allow ride. Form must be filled out by a parent or guardian 18 years or older.
