My experience with Katy was excellent from start to finish! I contacted her a few different times, looking for a horse to suit my personal needs, as well as one that could double as an equine therapy horse. Katy answered all of my crazy questions (sometimes more than once) and provided open and honest feedback about how she runs her business, finds her horses, sets her prices, etc. She is a no nonsense gal who works to pair people and horses. She never pressured me to buy. After multiple months of correspondence, I saw “Johnny” listed on her page. He sounded too good to be true! I went down to look at him and three others. I was allowed to experience the horses the way I wanted to and I spent as much or as little time as I wanted with each one. When I interacted with Johnny, I asked to groom, watch him move freely in the arena and then under saddle. We exposed him to side walking and other common activities seen in equine therapy. I fell in love and Johnny came home a week later. He has been with me for a week and is everything Katy represented him to be and then some! I couldn’t be happier!!
I am so glad we found this place! We bought a beautiful, well mannered, and perfect mare for our family. We were able to ride several different horses before making our choice. Katy paired us with a wonderful horse that is exaclty what we were looking for and she turned out to be a great barrel racing horse as well! Katy was easy to work with, helpful, knowlegeable and all of the things you would expect from an honest horse breeder, trainer , and seller. She also has wonderful tack and sold us a saddle which not only fits perfectly but is also very nice looking! 10 stars for Katy's Corral. We will be buying another horse from her in the future for sure.

We purchased our 4th horse from Katy this Sunday June 1st. I called her and told her what I wanted and when we got there she had about 7 different horses to choose from. I asked her a few questions about each one and she was very honest and up front with all her answers. I completely trust everything Katy tells us. I only buy from Katy because they always work out ,are they perfect no but with time they will be a perfect horse. She tells you everything about the horse and then you have to go from there. There may be a little quirk that you will have to work out but give it a chance everyone rides different and does things different and they are animals after all. You just cant beat Katy when buying a horse. I highly recommend her to anyone.

We had a great experience working with Katy. First of all, she is very responsive to our phone calls, texts and emails. She had 8 horses ready and waiting for us to try out when we got there. And we got to see each horse tacked and ridden befor we climbed on their back. She accommodated a Prepurchase exam we were happy to purchase two horses from her for our lesson program. Pepi is a sixteen year old grade sorrel roan mare standing roughly fourteen hands. This mare has seen lots of miles of trails. She will cross water/logs/ditches etc. She will ride off by herself and in a group. We have also ponied other horses off of her. Pepi has ridden off after sitting without any funny business. She will trot and lope circles on the correct leads in the arena, has a big stop and will go wherever you point her. Pepi is good around dogs/traffic/farm equipment etc. She would look great under English tack as well. She would make a nice 4H prospect. Pepi is a handy size and good aged. She has roan hairs all through her body. She had some hair missing from her girth rubbing in these pictures but it has healed over and hair growing back already. Layne is a coming four year old grade paint mare standing roughly fourteen one hands. This mare is cute headed, kind eyed, and the perfect size and age for someone to continue on with. She has a solid foundation both on the trails and in the arena. She will trot and lope circles in the arena on the correct leads, stops easy, has smooth gaits and goes wherever you point her. She will ride off by herself and in a group. Layne has ridden off after sitting with no funny business. She is smart, trainable and retains what you teach her. She would look excellent under English tack as well. This mare has a ton of potential for someone to take in any discipline they choose or just have a solid trail horse. Rez is a twelve year old grade draft cross gelding standing about fifteen three hands. He is absolutely stunning in person and has the friendliest personality. He will be the first one to greet you at the gate and completely craves all the attention he can get. Rez is well broke to both ride and drive. He has been driven single, double and in a three horse lineup. We have taken him down the road, along the highway, through the woods, up and down the hills, through ditches, across all sizes of water and on many trails. He will go anywhere you point him and is content to ride both by himself and in a group. His previous owner had taken him to shows as well. We have used Rez in our lesson program and he did fantastic. He is a more whoah than go type of guy, but does trot and lope when asked. He has beautiful, smooth gaits and will walk/trot/canter circles in the arena. He is the perfect size and age with all the looks to turn heads wherever he goes. Rez would make an excellent 4H, lesson, driving and all-around using horse. He is super gentle, laid back and takes everything in stride. We have ridden him bareback, double, Roman rode him and crawled all over this guy and he could care less. Rez is a barn favorite and is adored by everyone who meets him. We are downsizing our lesson program due to me being pregnant and therefore are offering Rez to the next lucky family to utilize and enjoy him further. He is one you won't want to miss. He has been a privilege to own and will be dearly missed, but we are so excited to offer this wonderful guy to his new forever home. He has a current ppe and is being offered at

Robin is an eight year old grade sorrel mare standing roughly fourteen two hands and THICK! This mare is super cute with her shiney sorrel color, flaxen mane/tail, little head and chrome. Robin will trot and lope nice, correct circles in the arena. She is starting to bend at the poll and want to ride around fancier. She has some athleticism and wants to have a big stop. Robin is a great age and size for someone to take her in any direction that they choose. Robin has seen lots of outside trail miles. She will ride off both by herself and in a group. She crosses water/logs/ditches etc. She is used to dogs/traffic/farm equipment etc. She would look great under English tack as well. Would be a really nice 4H, open show, hus and all-around using prospect. She has ridden off well after sitting. Best suited for confident advanced beginner-intermediate rider on up as she is soft broke and easy to get to go etc. A nice young mare whose ready to hit the trails or get finished fancier in a performance home. Riata is a coming five year old mare standing thirteen hands. She is cute headed, has plenty of chrome and roan hairs throughout her body. She has a super solid foundation both in the arena and on the trails. She will cross water/logs/ditches etc. Riata will ride off by herself and in a group. She is starting to neck rein, vend at the poll and move off leg pressure. She trots and lopes correct circles in the arena. Riata also has had lots of trail riding miles cross country. We have ridden her bridleless, along the highway, up and down the hills, through the woods and she she just trucks along all day. This mare could be even fancier broke without a lot of work as she is very smart and willing. This mare is the perfect size, age and riding foundation for someone to take her in any direction that they choose. She is gentle to be around and handle. She isn't easily phased. I'd suggest for advanced beginner-intermediate rider as she is easy to get to go and too soft broke for a very first time pony, but if they have some riding experience and are ready to move up then she's your girl! She would be absolutely adorable under English tack as well. This is a super nice quality mare with her whole life ahead of her.
