I bought two Fjord mares from Katy last fall. The horses have been a great addition to our farm. They are respectful and well trained to drive and are learning quickly to ride. Katy and her staff have been amazingly helpful with finding the right tack, connecting me with a vet, farrier and driving teacher.Katy is professional and knowledgable and has a heart of gold. My daughter and I both have taken riding lessons. We and the horses have learned a lot. Thanks Katy!
We got a Haflinger Mare with a Gypsy Vanner foal at her side for pony rides and she is wonderful! She is patient and kind with the kids just like Katy said she would be. We were also told before she got here that the mare is in foal for a July 2026 baby! Wow! Thank you Katy! This mare and her foals will live out their lives at the orchard and will be well loved! 🍎♥️

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Katy's corral for tack for my new horse. Although I didn't purchase a horse from Katy, it was just a matter of timing that I found another. She has a wonderful selection of some great horses. She is very knowledgeable about her horses and a superb horseman. I refer everyone to her that is shopping for a horse or tack. I highly recommend her business.
My purchased horse is exactly as described. He needed dental work and Prascend which is to be expected at his age. Subsequent communications have been pleasant and timely.
My experience with Katy was excellent from start to finish! I contacted her a few different times, looking for a horse to suit my personal needs, as well as one that could double as an equine therapy horse. Katy answered all of my crazy questions (sometimes more than once) and provided open and honest feedback about how she runs her business, finds her horses, sets her prices, etc. She is a no nonsense gal who works to pair people and horses. She never pressured me to buy. After multiple months of correspondence, I saw “Johnny” listed on her page. He sounded too good to be true! I went down to look at him and three others. I was allowed to experience the horses the way I wanted to and I spent as much or as little time as I wanted with each one. When I interacted with Johnny, I asked to groom, watch him move freely in the arena and then under saddle. We exposed him to side walking and other common activities seen in equine therapy. I fell in love and Johnny came home a week later. He has been with me for a week and is everything Katy represented him to be and then some! I couldn’t be happier!!
