Wow is he stunning! This colt is a BLUE ROAN Gypsy Vanner Poa cross stud colt born May 31st. His sire is Thorn Hill Whiskeys Tonka, my blue roan Gypsy Vanner stallion. This foal's mom I have owned for many years and is a gorgeous made registered POA mare. This colt is shedding off to show his gorgeous blue roan color. He has that cowboy colored super roan coat. This foal will be an absolute TANK when he grows up. He is the perfect cross of both breeds with his hairy legs, big bone and strength from his sire and his athleticism and agility of his dam. He has been naturally very smart, trainable and willing while we have handled him. He is cute headed, kind eyed and has a sweet and curious personality. He will turn heads wherever he goes and if you want something that won't look like everyone else's then here's the colt for you. Rufus is the coolest mule around 😎
He is a teenage mule standing thirteen three hands and cute as he can be. He is the type that will make you fall in love with mules and wonder why you didn't get one sooner! He is very gentle to be around and ride. He is good with his ears, legs, to bathed etc. He is a trail riding machine. He crosses water/logs/ditches etc with ease. He is good around dogs/traffic/farm equipment etc. Rufus will ride off by himself and in a group. He will also trot and lope circles in the arena, but prefers trail riding. He has a smooth and slow trot/lope. He is the perfect size and age. He has ridden off the same after sitting. He is enjoyable to own and ride. He is sure footed and goes wherever you point him.
