She is the perfect size and age for most riders. She has the big bone, good muscle, and gentle demeanor of the Belgian while having the better gait, smoothness and agility of the quarter horse. Star is more whoah than go. She will trot and lope but her lope takes some prompting, mostly in an arena setting. She is gentle and good to be around. Star crosses water/logs/ditches etc. She is good around traffic/farm equipment/dogs etc. She will ride off by herself and in any position in a group. We have used the flag stick/tarp/horse ball on her and she took it all in stride. She’s an attractive mare with a good mind. She is not real mareish and is good in the herd here.
