Paul is a six year old grade gelding standing roughly fifteen one hands. This guy is broke to ride and also drives the very best. I have included videos of us from last year driving him right downtown through the traffic and chaos of main street, under the overpass, along the highway and all over. The other videos of him are the first time driving him in months and show him being harnessed, hitched and driving ride off like he had been driven every day and never missed a beat. He is traffic safe and easy to drive. If you’re looking for a safe driving horse to learn the ropes of driving or simply to enjoy driving, this is your guy. He has been hitched to the cruiser wagon, buggy and machinery. He also rides very nice. He will ride off by himself and in a group. He has been used at the cow sales penning and sorting cattle and was fine with the flag stick, announcer loud speakers, and everything that was thrown at him. Paul has stamina and lots of try, making him a partner that will work all day long for you. He will cross water/logs/ditches/brush etc. We used him to gather up loose cattle and he went hip deep in the muddy creek and just plowed right through it like it was no big deal. He will bend at the poll, pick up his leads and walk/trot/lope nice circles in the arena. He is a really nice performance prospect, trail horse, driving horse and all-around using horse. He is best suited for intermediate rider on up as he is soft to ride, easy to go and does tune in to his rider. He is the perfect size and age for someone to take home and utilize.
