Meet Homer and Marge Homer is six years old and thirteen hands Marge is five years old just shy thirteen hands I was told they are full siblings and they are grade haflinger Welsh pony crosses. They were broke to drive when I bought them and we started riding them. The videos of them driving was the first time we had driven them and they hitched up and went along like they were supposed to. We drove them around the farm, down the road, under the overpasses and they did great. They were traffic safe and easy to handle. We have ridden them all over the farm, through the woods, and in the arena. They will walk/trot/lope correct circles in the arena, have big stops, and smooth gaits. They have some athleticism under saddle and are not your average lazy/pull around type haflingers. They are starting to side pass and could be very fancy broke without a lot of effort. They have been smart and trainable. We have had them over tarps, swung the flag stick on them, pushed the horse ball etc. They will cross water/logs/ditches etc. They are good riding together and separately. I think they have the potential to be awesome performance ponies in a variety of disciplines whichever direction someone chooses to take them. They would look great under English tack as well. This pair is good to handle and gentle to be around. They have a solid foundation and are ready for someone to take home and continue on with. Ride them, drive them or enjoy them for both!
